Made from 100 percent Chenin Blanc sourced across the Western Cape, it is built for freshness and drinkability rather than oak or weight. Bottled under screwcap to keep the fruit crisp, it leans on the grape’s natural balance of ripe fruit and lively acidity. Within Florence it is the friendly, versatile everyday white.

The 2025 season ran from a cold, wet winter through a moderate spring into a hot, heatwave-punctuated summer that brought harvest forward. Hot days and cool nights helped whites hold their acidity while ripening fully. For a fresh Chenin like this, that combination of ripeness and natural freshness is exactly what you want.

Pale straw in the glass. Tropical fruit, quince and peach blossom lead the nose, with an enticing mineral note.
