Are you a wine enthusiast, a hospitality pro, sommelier or a wine student or WSET holder looking for flexible, hands-on industry experience? Are you outside the wine sector but have a true passion for all things vino, beyond just imbibing it!!?
We are building a trusted, core team of Freelance Brand Ambassadors and Exhibition Staff to bring our diverse portfolio of wines to life across the UK. With 20+ events planned per year—spanning everything from lively weekend consumer festivals to premium midweek B2B trade shows—we have flexible shifts to fit around your schedule.
Even better, this doesn’t have to be a one-off gig! We are looking for long-term partners, with clear pathways if you wish to progress and transition into permanent Trade Sales roles or part-time, remote digital contracts (Social Media, Content Creation, and Email Marketing).
💰 What We Offer
· Competitive Pay: Dependent on experience, qualifications, and specific role.
· Travel & Lodging: Business travel allowances and accommodation provided where relevant.
· Flexibility: Work a mix of midweek and weekend shifts. Some events are booked a year in advance; others are fast-paced, short-notice pop-ups.

👋 What You’ll Be Doing
· Storytelling & Pouring: Engaging visitors (one-on-one or in mini-groups) to share the stories behind our brilliant winemakers and regions.
· Retail & Trade Sales: Pouring by the glass, selling physical bottles, and accurately processing card transactions or forward delivery orders.
· Data Capture: Helping us grow by guiding consumers to our socials and mailing lists via QR codes, and qualifying buying leads from trade professionals.
· Event Operations: Rolling up your sleeves to help with stand setup, basic merchandising, and end-of-day pack-downs.
✨ Who We Are Looking For
· The Wine Spark: You have a genuine, demonstrable interest in wine. Current wine students or those with hospitality/sommelier backgrounds are highly desired.
· Absolute Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and fully committed to fulfilling booked multi-day schedules (ranging from 1 to 5 days).
· Trust & Integrity: Honest, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling premium stock and financial transactions.
· The Essentials: You must be 18 or over (for alcohol service laws), naturally outgoing, highly presentable, and tech-literate (POS & data apps).
